Revival Recovery Center is an outpatient medical treatment center for substance abuse. We specialize in detoxification, medication-assisted treatment (Suboxone, Vivitrol, Antabuse, Campral, Naloxone and off-label medications), smoking cessation, chronic pain with associated opioid dependence, anxiety, depression and insomnia. We offer in-person and tele-medicine. We treat adolescents and adults. We accept many commercial insurance and Medicare/Medicaid.
