Dr. Frank Melo graduated from the University of Florida College of Health and Human Performance, earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciencias Médicas in Costa Rica, and completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Melo is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Addiction Medicine.
