Dr. Anusha Chandrakanthan is a family medicine physician with a passion for Addiction Medicine. She is interested in integration of addiction medicine and primary care and improving access to substance use disorder treatment for patients. She recently completed an addiction medicine fellowship from Stanford School of Medicine.
Anusha completed her residency training in West Virginia. She then worked at a federally qualified health center in the Central Valley where he developed a special interest in treating patients with chronic pain and substance use disorders. During her time there she was involved in the pain management committee and helped formulate safe prescribing guidelines
